How the system works
JohoFIT is a fitness coaching platform designed to automate the administrative work of personal coaches. Coaches perform complete anthropometric evaluations (7 skinfolds, 6 perimeters, body composition) and the system automatically calculates body density (Jackson-Pollock formula differentiated by sex), fat percentage (Siri formula), basal metabolism (Mifflin-St Jeor), and macronutrient distribution adjusted by goal (aggressive/standard definition, maintenance, clean/aggressive bulk). Database of 99+ Peruvian foods with nutritional values per 100g and VLOOKUP system for macro calculations per serving. Personalized routines with exercises, sets, reps, tempo, and demo videos (30-60s). Membership management with automatic states (active → expiring soon → expired → paused) and WhatsApp notifications. Client portal for viewing progress, routines, and meal plans.
The Challenge
Fitness coaches manage everything manually: measure skinfolds and calculate body density with complex formulas by hand, build nutrition plans in Excel without a food database, create routines in loose documents, and track memberships and payments in notebooks. No centralized assessment history or client progress tracking.

Web platform with 3 differentiated roles. Anthropometric assessment with automatic body density calculation, fat %, and range classification. BMR calculator and macronutrients with activity and goal factors. Database of 99+ Peruvian foods. Routines with exercises, sets, tempo, and 30-60s videos. Memberships with automatic states and WhatsApp notifications. Exportable PDF reports. Client portal with progress and plan visualization.
Results
In development (Phase 1 - MVP). Estimated operational second week of May 2026. Covers 13 functional modules: coach dashboard, client management, anthropometric assessment, BMR calculator, macro calculator, progress tracking, routines with videos, meal plans, memberships with alerts, client portal, PDF reports, WhatsApp communication, and initial data import.
