Orders, customer tabs, payments and the daily close from a phone, with no notebooks.
The leak
One owner, one phone and several notebooks: orders, what each customer owed and their payments were written down by hand. Closing the day and knowing who owed what took time and raised doubts.
What we built
- Each order is entered only once.
- Orders on credit are charged to the customer's balance right away.
- Payments, the daily close and the list of debtors are calculated by the system.
- Everything from the owner's phone.

How we built it
A small API on AWS Lambda with Amazon API Gateway and Amazon DynamoDB, and a Next.js web app designed for a phone.
