A regular chatbot follows a script. This assistant uses the official WhatsApp API, answers with information your business approved, remembers the conversation, collects payments with a link and hands over to a person when it is not sure.
Because it follows Meta's rules. Unofficial connections imitate WhatsApp Web: they can drop at any moment and put your number at risk. With the official API, template messages such as reminders are approved by Meta.
It tells the customer a person will help them and passes you the conversation with full context. We set it up to answer with what your business approved.
It depends on how much information needs to be prepared: common questions, prices, opening hours and who takes each case. On the first call we give you a concrete date.
Book a call: we review how you serve customers today and tell you whether the assistant makes sense for your business.
