JohoFit: the coach leaves Excel and clients see their progress
Assessments, workouts, nutrition and memberships in a role-based system, with invitations and announcements on WhatsApp.
The leak
The coach tracked assessments, workouts, meal plans and membership expirations by hand. Clients couldn't see their plan or progress, announcements went out one by one and email invitations landed in spam.
What we built
- Role-based portals: admin, coach and client.
- Initial assessment and progress photos.
- Training programs and nutrition plans.
- Memberships with renewal, pause and expiration alerts.
- WhatsApp announcements to clients who opted in, invitations with a sign-up button and opt-out with one word.

An API on AWS Lambda with Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3 for photos and reports, and a Next.js web app. Messages go through the official WhatsApp API with templates approved by Meta.
