Lancémonos Nomás: publishing a new lesson is no longer a risk

A members-only course portal with an automated lesson pipeline, protected streaming and recurring maintenance.

    The leak

Uploading each lesson was slow and fragile, and failures could go unnoticed. The course videos also had to be protected from piracy.

    What we built

    • A members portal with a player and progress that resumes where you left off.
    • An automated flow per lesson: AI transcription, topics and keywords, search index, streaming format, publishing and notification.
    • Search across all lessons and an admin panel.
    • Streaming through signed links that expire: the videos are never at a public link.
    • Failure alerts and recurring maintenance.

    How we built it

Every video uploaded to Amazon S3 triggers an AWS Step Functions workflow with AWS Lambda functions. Videos are served through Amazon CloudFront with signed links, and failures are reported through Amazon SNS.
